This
section is to demonstrate the diverse range of products that we have
manufactured, and usually also designed, to customer requirement, for
use in this and many other countries worldwide. A few of the many
hundreds of such products have been; 2000mm
x 1500mm x 75mm, 20,000 watt warm air blower for a chemical plant, for
drying processed chemicals. 2000
watt weatherproof heating elements with alarm failure warning, used for
frost protection of exposed hillside water pipelines. Ships’
fuel oil pre-heaters in several 3-phase voltages in wattages of up to
60,000w to Lloyd’s certification. Pumped
water heater installations for use in sports stadium toilet blocks, for
frost protection. 6000
watt water heaters, used for circulating warm water in a pipework matrix
inside chocolate delivery tankers. Low
voltage thermostatic fan assisted cab heaters for use in overhead
building site cranes to keep the operator warm. Stainless
steel heaters and thermostatic controls for aquariums, together with
lighting and air pumping systems. We
manufacture many replacement heaters and elements for equipment where a
customer can no longer obtain original supply, or would prefer to use an
alternative manufacturer. Many
special fittings, flanges, parts and products produced in our machine
shops, including: mediaeval style light fittings, drying frames,
security bars, etc......... The above should give you an idea of the range of our abilities.
